If Death Should Call
If death should call me with his tolling bell
And tear me from this land of sweetened hell
Away from life that danced upon the hills
And shook the ground with many pleasured kills
I'll slowly walk the realms of shadows fair
And seek to find a forest with no care
In which to sleep and dream of lovers past
Of moments which I treasured to my last
With breath that burned and seared within my flesh
And let my mortal bones decay and mesh
With soil trapped within the grains of time
As sleeping my cold flesh is turned to slime

Away into the shadow realms I flee
Until another comes to set me free

Alternate line: While sleeping I hold tightly to the lime.
